Giant Cedar

This is a conservation piece inspired by the protests vs. Teal-Jones logging of old growth cedar in Caycuse Watershed on Vancouver Island. Inspired by a photo posted by Ancient Forest Alliance; also supported by Sierra Club of BC, BC Green Party Leader Sonia Furstenau -  email campaign to the BC Forest Minister and Premier of BC is underway, 2021.

Cottonwood bark, Hatzic Lake driftwood base, acrylic paint, miniatures
